Aloha and welcome to the registration page for the Association for Social Anthropology (ASAO) 2026 Virtual meeting. Our 2026 annual meeting is being held fully online, hosted by the Whova conference platform.

Conference registration will allow you to join and participate in all sessions, plenaries, the ASAO distinguished lecture, and social meet-up sessions with other attendees.

Early bird pricing will be available through November 30. Prices are in USD.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Monday, December 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM

Cancellation Policy:

ASAO pays a transaction fee for each payment received. For this reason, we strongly prefer to give you a credit (members only) that can be applied to future memberships or events rather a refund. If you are not a member or require a refund for the registration fee, please see this policy and procedure, which applies to the 2026 annual meeting:

(1) Refunds are only permitted if requested by November 30, 2025.

(2) 5% of your registration fee will be deducted from the refund.

(3) For a credit or refund please contact the Membership Coordinator on asaomembership@gmail.com and cc the Treasurer on treasurerasao@gmail.com. and include your payment receipt.

(4)Most refunds take 5-10 business days, depending upon the bank.
