2027 ASAO ANNUAL MEETING - APIA, SAMOA

The 2027 meeting will be held from 10 - 13 February at the Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey's Hotel & Bungalows in Apia, Samoa, with the protocol ceremony and heritage site visit happening on 9 February.

We have secured a room block with both classic king and classic twin (double) options at the very attractive rate of WST349 (USD 129) per night (inclusive of taxes). The rate includes daily buffet breakfast for 2 adults and access to all hotel amenities. The rate is also good for three days before and after the official meeting dates. To take advantage of this rate, bookings must be made by Friday December 4th, 2026 (Samoa time). To secure a reservation, a one-night deposit will be charged to the credit card provided by each guest. Full payment is due upon check-out (payment made by credit card will be charged a standard 3% fee).  These rooms will go fast - please book as soon as possible.
